Apply to participate in Cleantech Spark: Tokyo on December 3, 2025. We will review all applications submitted and let you know if you have been chosen to participate in a timely manner.

There is limited capacity at the venue and we will cap registration at 120 participants to ensure a great experience.

Participation is by invitation-only. Please fill out the application in it's entirety to be considered. 

 

If your application is approved, you will be notified and prompted to complete your registration.

Below are the prices for approved applicants. Local organizations will be given priority for for a complimentary pass which are available in limited quantities.

Here is a summary of the key provisions:

Substitutions:

• Because this is an invite-only event, a request to transfer a registration to a colleague will be considered if the replacement is in a similar role as the original participant. Requests should be made by giving written notice, anytime up to seven working days before the event start date, via our contact form.
• Cleantech Group reserves the right to deny a request for such a substitution but will not unreasonably do so.

Cancellation by You:

• Participants wishing to cancel their registration must do so in writing via our contact form; Applicable refunds (or future credits) for participant cancellations are outlined as follows:
  • Cancelations made by October 3 at 5:00 pm ET will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancelations made between October 4 and November 7 at 5:00 pm ET will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee paid (or 75% can be applied as a credit to a future Cleantech Group event within 12 months of the cancellation date)
  • Cancelations made after November 7 at 5:00 pm ET (including No Show or No Notice), no refund of any sort will be applicable.
